Just a quick comment on the recent media, well more or less media in general and how it has been for quite sometime...biased. We know that CNN is more or less liberal and that FOX is more or less conservative but it seems that everyone has their own agenda. No matter what media channel you are reading, watching, etc - each news carrier will include or exclude based on what they feel is important. Case in point, Ron Paul who has been a regular debater as well as winning several straw polls has been excluded from media comment for the most part. That's okay because...
It's actually great because social media has taken over exponentially in the last five years replacing the need for traditional media. Most people get their news from Twitter, RSS Feeds and Facebook these days. Just on the radio today, I heard that there was a fire in Fire Island and none of the regular news agencies picked it up but Facebook had it on local newsfeeds because those living there had put it in their status.
The social media revolution has already helped to topple over three governments in the past two years and it seems like it will help bring about change around the world in other countries as well. So while the media continues to remained BiAssed, we'll stick to our social media for "fair and balanced" news. Thanks.
